Yolo County supervisors push through Conaway Ranch deal on 3-2 vote
A divided Yolo County Board of Supervisors approved a sweeping agreement on Friday with Sacramento developer Angelo K. Tsakopoulos, smoothing the way for him to buy the 17,300-acre Conaway Ranch and sell much of its water.
