Aberjona River widening project moves forward
WINCHESTER – In a few months the town will begin its work on widening and deepening the Aberjona River channel from 10-20 feet to a uniform 35-foot bottom width. In order to keep on that schedule the Board of Selectmen approved a motion to move forward to file its Chapter 91 permit with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE).
