41-A District Court move remains in negotiations as 2011 approaches
Construction on a new 41-A District Court building in Macomb Township was originally scheduled to begin in September 2010, according to Macomb Township documents dated May 12. Continuing concerns over legacy costs such as medical costs for current and retired employees with Shelby Township, however, has delayed the project.
